DominApp Technologies (“DominApp”, “we”, “our” or “us”) develops and operates mobile, desktop and web applications. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use a DominApp product or contact us.
Information we collect
The information collected depends on the product and features you use. It may include:
- Account information, such as your name, email address, profile picture and a unique account identifier.
- Information you provide directly, including support messages and product preferences.
- Technical and usage information, such as app version, device type, diagnostics, crash reports and feature interactions.
- Product-specific information that you choose to provide or connect. The relevant product will explain this at the point of collection.
Google Sign-In
Some DominApp products offer Google Sign-In through Firebase Authentication. When you choose this option, we receive the basic account information that Google makes available for authentication, such as your name, email address, profile picture and Google account identifier. We use this information to create and secure your account, recognize you when you return and provide the requested service. We do not receive your Google password.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain and secure our products.
- Authenticate users and prevent fraud or abuse.

Service providers
We use service providers to operate our products, including Google Cloud and Firebase for hosting, authentication, messaging, analytics and diagnostics. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. A specific DominApp product may use additional providers that are described in that product or its documentation.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate our products, when you direct us to do so, to protect our users and services, or when required by law.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect our systems. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information associated with a DominApp product. You may also stop using a product or revoke Google account access through your Google Account settings. Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security and record-keeping needs.
Children
Our general services are not directed to children under 13, unless a particular product expressly states otherwise and provides the appropriate notices and controls.
International processing
Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
